Outline of how refunds and cancellations are handled for project-based engagements.

Because digital projects involve discovery, design and engineering effort, refunds are evaluated against milestones completed and terms defined in the signed proposal.
General Approach
Advance payments may be non-refundable once work has commenced. Unused future-phase fees may be reviewed case by case if cancellation occurs before that phase begins.
